How to Apply

If you are in good health and are willing to abide by China’s laws and the regulations of the college, you may apply by following the steps below:

For Academic Programs

1. Submit the required documents to QFLPC’s Department of Foreign Affairs
2. Send the application fee to QFLPC’s bank account after getting the admission confirmation
3. After getting the application fee, QFLPC will apply for the JW202 form on the applicant’s behalf
4. We will send the JW202 form and admission offer to the applicant
5. Take the JW202 form and admission offer along with original passport (with at least six month remaining before the expiration date and one blank visa page), visa application form, and standard passport type photos with a plain background (color or black and white) to a Chinese Embassy, consulate or visa office to apply for X visa
6. After getting the visa, inform us of the entry date and enter China after getting our confirmation
7. We will help you get a multiple entry residence card within 30 days after your arrival

For Summer Programs

1. Submit the required documents to QFLPC’s Department of Foreign Affairs
2. Send the application fee to QFLPC’s bank account after getting our admission confirmation
3. After getting the application fee, QFLPC will send an admission offer to the applicant
4. Take the admission offer along with your original passport (with at least six month remaining before the expiration date and one blank visa page), visa application form, and standard passport type photos with a plain background (color or black and white) to a Chinese Embassy, consulate or visa office to apply for F visa

3. A copy of your university certificate (graduates) or a recommendation letter from your school (current students)
4. A resume
5. A copy of the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners;
6. A digital passport size photo
