Message from the President

Welcome to QFLPC’s website. Qinhuangdao Foreign Language Professional College is the only public institution of higher education in Hebei focusing on language instruction. Six languages are taught here, including English, Korean, Japanese, Russian, French, and German. Students can learn these languages as well as other professional skills during three years of study. Currently our college is in the midst of a new era of expansion in both facilities and enrollment. This is in response to a rededication to the college’s mission. It is a means of expansion that will take our values and educational mission to a larger and more diverse population. We strive to promote international cooperation, advance students’ achievement and realize their potential.
